Just in time for the dog days of summer, Tinkle Family Racing announces a paint scheme promoting “Pug Bella The Pit Pet Fashionista” children’s racing book from marketing partner Left Paw Press.
The sides of the car will feature scenes from the interior pages of the beloved children’s book illustrated by artist Nunoh and ‘written’ by Zachary’s pug Bella (with a little help from Laurren Darr). The back of the car will feature pug Bella in a tutu promoting her book, “Pug Bella The Pit Pet Fashionista.”
When asked about the new paint scheme, Zachary Tinkle responded, “This book has become a fan favorite. It’s about my racing, my pug Bella, and it encourages kids to read. Left Paw Press has supported me my entire career and this is a way to further promote the close relationship. I can’t wait to show off the paint scheme. Fans are going to love it!”
Specialty Grafix Sign & Graphics Company out of Terre Haute, Indiana will be installing the graphics. Their motto is “Dominating the Bull Ring.” Fans can see the paint scheme at Zachary’s Anderson Speedway and Kil-Kare Speedway races.
Pug Bella The Pit Pet Fashionista book description
Bella is a happy-go-lucky pug living an everyday dog’s existence until fate intercedes. When her boy, Zachary Tinkle, starts racing a minicup stock car, the trajectory of her life changes. It starts with just taking photos of her in a car and suit that matches Zachary’s race car. Then, Bella gets to go to the racetrack by happenstance. Traveling to the race track so that she can greet fans along with garnering attention and belly rubs becomes one of her favorite things to do. About Zachary Tinkle:
In his 2018 rookie season in the Vore’s Welding CRA late model sportsman series, Zachary Tinkle was named PGG Sportsman of the Year and voted Most Popular Driver; finishing 5th in the championship. He was the 2017 Central States Region (CSR) Super Cups and 2016 Rockford Speedway Wild Wednesday Super Cup Champion. In 2015, Tinkle was the Illinois Super Cup State Champion for the Short Track Auto Racing Series (STARS), Rockford Speedway National Short Track Champion for Super Cups, awarded the Rockford Speedway “Lead, Follow, or Get Out Of My Way” award and Most Improved Driver for CSR Super Cups. For 2014, he was Rookie of the Year for CSR. Tinkle currently races a pro late model in the Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman Series competing for the series championship and in the McGunegill Engines late model series at Anderson Speedway.
