Winchester 400 Weekend To Air on Speed51.com on Oct 7 – 9

It’s one of the most unique trophies in all of Short Track Racing – the rifle awarded to the winner of the Winchester 400.  When someone poses with the trophy at one of the most demanding tracks in the county, they know they’ve accomplished something.

Now, fans worldwide will be able to see who is handed that trophy in victory lane during the Winchester 400 weekend at the historic high-banks of Winchester Speedway (Oct 7 – 9) by watching a multi-camera video broadcast of the annual event on Speed51.com powered by JEGS.

“It’s great having Speed51 back to broadcast the Winchester 400 again,” said Glenn Luckett, managing partner of the Champion Racing Association.  “The 400 is one of the biggest Late Model events in the country.  This gives people who can’t come and see the great racing action in person the opportunity to watch it at home.   We look forward to working with Speed51 and the track with this broadcast.”

A three-day ticket for the event will be just $39.99.

On Friday, October 7, the video stream will feature qualifying for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance and its main event scheduled for 100-laps.  Also on tap will be New Stars features for the CRA Late Model Sportsman and CRA Street Stocks as well as the Vores Compacts feature.  The single-day price for Friday will be $19.99.

Saturday, October 8 will showcase Super Late Model (ARCA/CRA Super Series) qualifying for the Winchester 400 and its Last Chance race.  The Top Speed Modifieds will compete in the “Run for the Gun 50” and the CRA Late Model Sportsman and CRA Street Stocks will complete their weekend double-header.  Fans will be able to witness the racing on Saturday for $14.99.

The Winchester 400 on the high-banks the legendary race track will take center-stage on Sunday, October 9th.  Fans who tune-in will be able to see all the pomp & circumstance of pre-race ceremonies plus the demanding Winchester 400 for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS.  $24.99 will be the price to catch all the action.

“Winchester always has a special feel for anyone who attends that weekend,” said Mark Keeler, Operations Manager for Speed51.com. “We know it doesn’t replace the at-track feel, but we hope people enjoy the broadcast and the great racing all weekend.”

This is the second-consecutive year Speed51.com will broadcast the Winchester 400.

The Winchester weekend video stream will feature a multi-camera broadcast with audio from the at-track public address system.  Speed51 TV will utilize a multi-cell bonding device to stream the event from its remote location.
