The ARCA Midwest Tour presented by SCAG Power Equipment and Lester Buildings is pleased to announce that VR-12 Cooling System Products is bringing their bio-based products to the Tour. VR-12 is a green solution to vehicle maintenance. It is a coolant maintenance solution that will help vehicles perform better without damaging the environment. VR-12 is the only Cooling System product approved by ARCA to be used on any ARCA division vehicle.
Luis Cabrera, the Sales Manager for VR-12 is excited to be on board with the ARCA Midwest Tour.
“It was an amazing opportunity that ARCA made possible,” said Cabrera. “We are driven by the expectations and the new energy that the Midwest Tour has to offer. This allows everyone to reach a higher level, in a positive and beneficial way.”
Cabrera would go on to discuss how VR-12’s involvement will be beneficial to everyone.
“Partnering up with the Midwest Tour will help VR-12 to get more exposure,” said Cabrera. “To achieve and demonstrate how important it is to have a bottle of VR-12 in every race car. Our involvement as a sponsor is to show true performance and safety in any ARCA Race series.”
VR-12 is a revolutionary green product that is used to guard against coolant problems. This new invention is the ultimate cooling system protection. It is like a vitamin for your cooling system, composed of organic components and mixed through a synergetic process. VR-12 offers an alternative to topping off radiators and cooling systems versus conventional methods. A special formula containing Organic Acid Technology (OAT) will keep vehicles running at peak performance for longer periods of time while eliminating flushing and waste. It should be used as part of radiator and cooling system maintenance. VR-12 is a green product that protects your radiator and cooling components from rust and corrosion, preventing expensive coolant replacement, and also will lower your engine temperature keeping your engine performing better.
VR-12 is the only product in its category approved and certified 100% GREEN by the USDA under the BIO-BASED program. The fact that VR-12 doesn’t have Ethylene/Propylene Glycol, makes it safer because it doesn’t have that oil base, making the tracks not slippery when it spills on the track. It’s easy to clean.
ARCA Midwest Tour President Tim Olson echoed those sentiments.
“We have heard some really good things about VR-12 from the higher levels of ARCA and its performance on track is extremely beneficial,” said Olson. “I am a racer, and I have looked at this product extensively all while knowing that this is a perfect fit for our teams and for all of the racers in the upper Midwest. On top of all of the positives, the product is green, and great for the environment. That puts all of us at ease when it comes to on track clean up concerns. We are very pleased with this new relationship and we are confident we can put VR-12 into all of the cars on the Tour with great success.”
