Salem, IN (September 28, 2016) – Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS has announced that Van Hoy Oil will sponsor several cash awards for the 45th Annual Winchester 400 Weekend at Winchester Speedway. Van Hoy Oil will award a $250 cash bonus if the current track record with the Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman Powered by JEGS can be broken. If more than one driver breaks the record, it will go to whoever is fastest. The current record is a 16.728 held by Scott Neal that was set on September 5th, 2010.
Van Hoy Oil will award a $125 cash bonus to the CRA Street Stock Powered by JEGS team that travels the furthest to compete on Winchester 400 Weekend. In addition Van Hoy Oil will give a $100 cash bonus for the Van Hoy Oil Hardcharger Award, which will be awarded to the driver advancing the most positions in the Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman 50 lap feature event and to the driver advancing the most positions in the CRA Street Stocks 50 lap feature event. Both those features will take place on Saturday, October 8th.
Van Hoy Oil will be at Winchester Speedway on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Winchester 400 Weekend to provide all CRA teams with their Race Fuel needs. Van Hoy Oil will have Sunoco Purple 110, the Official Spec Fuel of the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS and the Official Fuel of the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance, on hand for teams to purchase. Van Hoy Oil will also have generator fuel available for purchase all weekend.
