Salem, IN (August 8, 2017) – The Team Construction Clean Sweep Award is up to $1200 for Wednesday’s ARCA/CRA Super Series Presented by JEGS, Kalamazoo Klash 125 at Kalamazoo Speedway, located just outside Kalamazoo, Michigan. The event will be part of the Toyota Kalamazoo Klash XXV Featuring Kyle Busch. The Kalamazoo Klash XXV is one of the top Outlaw Super Late Model events in the nation held each year at Kalamazoo, this will be the ARCA/CRA Super Series fourth time being a part of this huge event.
The $1200 bonus for Tuesday includes $200 carried over from each of the series last five events, including the July 30th event at Kil-Kare Raceway were EDCO welding Fast Qualifier Justin Alsip finished in fifth and Travis Barden picked up his second straight series victory.
Johnny VanDoorn collected a $1000 Team Construction Clean Sweep Award at the series third event of the season at Anderson Speedway on May 7th. That was the first time the award had been collected since Cody Coughlin collected a $1,200 bonus at Winchester Speedway on Labor Day Weekend last season.
The Team Construction Clean Sweep Award consists of a $200 cash bonus if an event’s EDCO Welding Fast Qualifier can also win that same event. If the fast qualifier fails to win, the $200 cash bonus is then rolled over to the next event until an events fast qualifier wins that same event. After a fast qualifier wins, the award starts over again at $200.
