Salem, IN (January 22, 2020) – Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS officials have announced there will be several special awards on the line for CRA SpeedFest 2020, which will be held this weekend, Friday, January 24th and Saturday, January 25th at Crisp Motorsports Park – Home of the Watermelon Capital Speedway, located in Cordele, Georgia.
CRA SpeedFest 2020 will consist of a $10,000 to win 200 lap ARCA/CRA Super Series Super Late Model special non-points event and a $5000 to win 125 lap JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Model special non-points event. The 200 ARCA/CRA Super Series event will be an eight-tire max event that will count yellow flag laps up to lap 175 with Controlled Cautions. The 125 lap JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour event will be a four tire only event that will count yellow flag laps up to lap 100.
There will be a local racing from the Outlaw Late Models, Pro Trucks, Mini Stocks and Enduro cars on Friday night. Legends and Bandolero’s will have features on Saturday afternoon.
Earnest Performance will award a $500 cash bonus for the Earnest Performance Fast Qualifier Award for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Super Late Model SpeedFest 200.
Luke Yoder Construction of Perry, Georgia will award a $400 cash bonus for the Luke Yoder Construction Fast Qualifier Award for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Models SpeedFest 125.
PitBoxes.com will award a $100 cash bonus for the Pitboxes.com Pit Crew of the Race Award for each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020. The selected pit crew in each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020 that really put forth an extraordinary effort to get a good finish will receive a $100 cash bonus from Pitboxes.com.
PFC Brakes will award a pair of PFC Brake Discs to the sixth-place finisher and one box of PFC Brake Pads to the fifth-place finisher in each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020
Strange Oval will award the fifth-place finisher in each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020 with a set of Strange Oval Axles.
RaceCar Engineering will award a $100 Product Certificate to the driver advancing the most positions in each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020. They will also award a $100 Product Certificate to the driver having the hardest wreck in both events and a $50 Product Certificate to the 15th place finisher in both events.
AR Bodies will award a $100 Product Certificate for the AR Bodies Cool Move of the Race Award to the driver, team or crew who makes the most notable move during each CRA event at CRA SpeedFest 2020.
Race fans unable to make the trip to Cordele, Georgia for CRA SpeedFest 2020will still be able to witness the action, as Speed51.com will stream the event for the sixth straight year. More information about the live broadcast for the event will be announced soon.
