The ARCA Midwest Tour presented by SCAG Power Equipment sends their condolences to the family, friends, and race team of car owner Salvatore Mignognia. Mignognia passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening. He was the car owner for Rich Schumann Jr. and Casey Johnson. With Johnson behind the wheel, the team won the Dixieland 250 last August.
