JVM Racing Team President, Jeff Miller, offer the following statement on social media yesterday afternoon:
“The entire JVM Racing Team . . . are certainly saddened, as are so many people, over the loss of one of our most colorful personalities ever, an incredible wheel man, and a kid I personally enjoyed taking under my wing and sharing my experience with! The passing of David “Junior” Carter leaves a void in all our lives”
