John Hunter Nemechek set fast time in JEGS CRA All-Stars Tour SpeedFest 2016 qualifying. Nemechek turned a lap of 16.007 seconds. Thirteen year-old Chandler Smith was second quick with a time of 16.037. Justin South qualified third, Casey Roderick forth and Zane Smith, the ARCA/CRA Super Series fast quailfier, rounds out the top five.
Sunday, January 31st is race day. Pit gates open at 7:30am, the autograph session is at 12:30pm and racing begins at 2:00pm. Those who cannot attend SpeedFest 2016 in person, can watch live on Speed51.com.
