Kevin Crider Motorsports Hires Derrick Griffin

Rolla, MO (January, 25 2016) – After announcing their partnership in January 2015, Kevin Crider Motorsports and LFR Chassis have been busy to say the least. LFR’s explosive growth has further enabled KCM to stay on the forefront of cutting edge latemodel technology. This growth has allowed KCM to bring shock and setup specialist Derrick Griffin on board as head of engineering and development.

Griffin, the 2011 CRA Super Series Champion and Rookie of the Year, is also a graduate of IUPUI Indianapolis, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He brings a wealth of knowledge not only as a driver, but also from atop the pit box.

“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work more in depth with Kevin (Crider) and his team this year,” said Griffin. “Those guys have a great program in place, and a very solid foundation on which to keep building. With our own resources, and the partnership with LFR, I feel we can offer services and expertise that are second to none.”

Kevin Crider Motorsports is moving full steam ahead into 2016 with its LFR Chassis program. They will continue to offer chassis sales, support, shop and crew chief services, as well as a new full service shock department.

“2016 will be a fantastic year,” exclaimed Crider. “I feel we had a lot of success both on and off the track last year. It was filled with an incredible amount of research and development. Now is the perfect time for Derrick to be joining the team, helping us further provide exemplary service to our clients.”
