Salem, IN (July 6, 2016) – CRA Powered by JEGS Officials have announced that the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance Dixie 100 scheduled for this Friday, July 8th at Dixie Motor Speedway has been canceled because of a forecast of heavy rain Thursday night through Friday afternoon, with the threat of severe storms also possibleon Friday.
The event promoters, Motor City Racing Promotions, thought it would be best for everyone to cancel the event in advance before teams and fans incurred travel expenses and then have the event canceled because of weather on Friday. The event will not be rescheduled.
The next scheduled JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour event will be at Anderson Speedway on Saturday, July 23rd. More information on the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance is available at www.cra-racing.com.
