Friday, March 11 – Gregg McKarns, Promoter of the ARCA Midwest Tour/ARCA/CRA Super Series event scheduled at Illiana Motor Speedway on May 29th, statement on Illiana Motor Speedway owner Mike Mikuly’s announcement that the track will not open in 2016:
“In regards to the Illiana Motor Speedway statement stating that they are not racing weekly in 2016: We are looking at all options, including the possibility of opening the track for a one day event. I spoke to Mike this morning prior to his announcement. Stay tuned.”
