Hunter Baize Heading to Toledo for the First Time

Schererville, Indiana (April 7, 2015) – Hunter Baize heads to Toledo Speedway (OH) this weekend to compete in the 7-UP 100 with the ARCA/CRA Super Series.
This will be Baize’s first trip to the fast ½ (0.500) mile, high-banked speedway. Baize is coming off a positive race weekend in mid-March at the South Alabama

Speedway (AL), where he qualified into one of the toughest Rattler 250 fields in history. Baize and the No. 13 Hunter Baize Racing team led by Van Doorn Racing
Development head to Toledo Speedway feeling confident.

“I’m extremely excited to head to Toledo for the 7-UP 100, and the start of the ARCA/CRA Super Series season this weekend,” Baize said. “I believe the guys

from VRD will bring us a car capable of competing at the front of the pack. We’ll be very competitive in this race, as well as the entire season.”

The 7-UP 100 is the first points event in the ARCA/CRA Super Series season. The ARCA Royal Truck & Trailer Gold Cup Outlaw Late Models will run a 100 lap race too. Over the past few years, the 7-UP Twin 100s has grown to become an elite event in Super Late Model racing.. The event will be broadcast live on Speed51.com’s, 51TV.

This season Baize’s Van Doorn Racing Development Pro and Super Late Model race cars will carry sponsorship from Mountaineer All-Natural Firewood, B&K Wood Products, Kawasaki, Wood-Mizer, and Steel City Bolt.
