The second annual JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour New Stars Race took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, as part of the 30th Running of the Owosso Nationals at Owosso Speedway. The New Stars Race is for drivers who have not yet won a JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour race, a major Pro or Super Late Model race, or a national series race. The 40-lap race is divided into two 20-lap stages. A dice roll determined the invert for the second stage. Owosso Speedway Late Model Sportsman Championship contender Tanner Jack led the field to green with the likes of Barrett Polhemus and Jimmy Tucker in tow.
