Eilen to be Honored at 2012 IMIS Trade Show

2012 Midwest Tour Champion Jonathan Eilen will be honored at the 2012 International Motorsports Industry Show in Indianapolis, IN on December 6th-8th. Eilen’s car will be on display along with several other champions from other prominent racing divisions from around the country. Eilen will begin the week celebrating at the IMIS Industry Reception on Wednesday evening while being honored on stage along side many of the nation’s top drivers.

As the champion of the newest ARCA sanctioned series, Eilen will also be present at the ARCA Racing Series Championship Awards Banquet, taking place on Saturday, December 8th in Indianapolis. As the ARCA Racing Series closes out its 60th season and celebrates all of the successes of ARCA’s various divisions, Eilen’s presence celebrates the new partnership between ARCA and the Midwest Tour and sets the sights toward the 2013 season. Along with Eilen, champions from the ARCA Racing Series, ARCA CRA Super Series, ARCA Truck Series, and the ARCA Gold Cup Series will be honored.

“We are very excited to have both Jonathan Eilen and the ARCA Midwest Tour represented at IMIS. This is just another marker on the journey to the highly anticipated 2013 season. Our partnership with ARCA is going to help our series grow and our champion being honored this weekend at their banquet is another example of why we are so happy to be associated with such a great organization,” stated Steve Einhaus, Vice President of the ARCA Midwest Tour.

The official 2013 ARCA Midwest Tour schedule will also be announced at the ARCA Display at that IMIS show. An aggressive schedule with tighter travel requirements keeping the series close to home is sure to be appealing to competitors. History will be made at two events that will feature double-headers between the ARCA CRA Super Series and the ARCA Midwest Tour as the nation’s top drivers come together at Toledo Speedway and Madison International Speedway. Stop by the ARCA display to learn about all the events of the upcoming 2013 season. Series VP Steve Einhaus will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about new and exciting information for the ARCA Midwest Tour.
