Daniel Hemric and Wauters Motorsports Looking for the Win in Redbud 300 at Anderson Speedway

(Special from Wauters Motorsports)

Mooresvile, North Carolina (Thursday, July 16, 2015): Daniel Hemric will pilot the No. 5 First Community Bank of Santa Rosa Wauters Motorsports car in the Stoops Freightliner Redbud 300 at Anderson Speedway Saturday, July 18, 2015.

Hemric, who has won over 10 super late model races in just over a year, will make his first start with Wauters Motorsports, owned by veteran NASCAR team owner and crew chief, Richie Wauters.

“We are really excited to have Daniel (Hemric) onboard for these major super late model races,” Richie Wauters said. “Daniel has the experience behind the wheel of a truck (NCWTS) and a ton in these super late model cars.  We are hoping for a win this weekend in the prestigious Redbud 300 at Anderson (Speedway).”

“I am still going to run the Snowball Derby, the Redbud 300 and the Winchester 400,” said Hemric.   “It’s real big to be teaming up with Richie for the last big Super Late Model races of the year.  He’s had some good talent in his race cars and he’s won a lot of big races.  I’m excited to get in those races and hopefully pull off some past success I’ve had and together we can contend to win races.”

Hemric will continue competing fulltime in the No. 14 NTS Motorsports NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events where he is currently ninth in the points standings.

Practice for the Champion Racing Association (CRA) SLM cars will be held Thursday and Friday with racing action kicking off Saturday, July 18th at 7:30pm.

Speed51.com will have all access coverage of the Redbud 300 starting Friday, July 17, 2015.
