Baize Running for ARCA/CRA Super Series Championship

Charlotte, North Carolina (Wednesday, April 15, 2015): Hunter Baize Racing (HBR) is happy to announce that they will run the ARCA/CRA Super Series schedule in it’s entirely this season with driver Hunter Baize. Once again, Van Doorn Racing Development located in Fruitport, Michigan will field race cars for Baize utilizing Van Doorn Racing Chassis and McGunegill Engine Performance Ford Equalizer engines.

Baize finished 7th at Toledo Speedway (OH) this past weekend in the 7-UP 100. He currently sits 8th in the overall series points standings, and 2nd in the chase for the Rookie of the Year Title.

“HBR loves racing in Champion Racing Association sanctioned series and events,” Baize said. “Although the original plan was not to chase points in any specific series, I feel that we have made the right move changing our plans to race with ARCA/CRA Super Series. Their track record is proven, the racing is top notch and prepares drivers like me for the next step in our racing career.”

Baize will be on track with the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS again onSaturday, April 25, 2015 at Anderson Speedway (IN) for the running of the Anderson 125. It will be his first time at the Speedway in a Super Late Model.

In addition to chasing the ARCA/CRA Super Series Championship and the Rookie of the Year award, Baize and the Hunter Baize Racing team will run select JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour events throughout the 2015 campaign.
This season Baize’s Van Doorn Racing Development Pro and Super Late Model race cars will continue to carry sponsorship from B&K Wood Products, Mountaineer Firewood, Kawasaki, Wood-Mizer, and Steel City Bolt.
