Baize Looking to Return to Victory Lane

Huntersville, North Carolina (Wednesday, September 23, 2015): Just two more points races remain for 17-year-old Hunter Baize and his Hunter Baize Racing team. In his first full-season in Super Late Model competition, the Kentucky driver has impressed, scoring two wins, and multiple top-five and top-10 finishes. Baize heads to Lucas Oil Raceway located in Brownsburg, Ind., looking to add another victory to his resume.

It has been a great season for Baize and his entire Hunter Baize Racing led by Van Doorn Racing Development. Despite some bad luck in recent weeks that could have easily resulted in one or two more victories, Baize remains third in ARCA/CRA Super Series points. Victories at Illiana Motor Speedway on Memorial Day, May 25, 2015, and at Flat Rock Speedway on August 15, 2015, highlight a breakout season for the young wheelman.

He enters race No. 13 in the season-long chase for ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS championship with great optimize. The Fall Brawl will once again be hosted by Lucas Oil Raceway (Ind.). The (0.500) ½-mile speedway is one of the top venues in all of racing. This weekend’s Champion Racing Association event will feature many of the best drivers and teams in the country.

“I’m looking forward to heading back to LOR this weekend, Baize said. “We had a solid car there last time, and I know the guys at VRD will give us another fast hot rod this weekend. Hopefully, we can put an end to the back luck we’ve had recently.”

Following the Fall Brawl 100 at Lucas Oil Raceway (Ind.), Baize will begin to prepare for the Winchester 400 on October 11, 2015. He will once again pilot the No. 13 Federated Auto Parts / Bicycle Playing Cards / Mountaineer All-Natural Firewood Super Late Model at the high-banked (0.500) ½-mile Winchester Speedway (Ind.).

For the remainder of the 2015 season Baize’s Van Doorn Racing Development Pro and Super Late Model race cars will carry sponsorship from Mountaineer All-Natural Firewood, B&K Wood Products, Federated Auto Parts, Bicycle Playing Cards, Kawasaki, Wood-Mizer, and Steel City Bolt.
