Baize Looking for Series Leading Third Win at Winchester

Huntersville, N.C (September 2, 2015) – Now with two top-10 finishes in his first two ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards races, 17-year-old Hunter Baize returns to the ARCA/CRA Super Series looking for his third win of the season. He began the summer with a victory at Illiana Motor Speedway (Ind.) on Memorial Day. He looks to end the summer in the same fashion, with a victory, this time at the historic (0.500) 1/2-mile Winchester Speedway (Ind.).

“I can’t wait to head back to the “Worlds Fastest Half Mile,” Baize said. “Winchester is always a blast, and I’m so glad we’re heading back there. As busy as this season has been, a weekend off, like the one we just had, seems like a lifetime long. I’m so excited to climb back into the Mountaineer All-Natural Firewood / Bicycle Playing Cards / Van Doorn Racing Development Super Late Model. I know that the guys will bring a fast piece to the track.”The Bremen, Ky., native remains second in both overall series points and rookie of the year points. He is tied with NASCAR driver Erik Jones and late model standout Brian Campbell for the most ARCA/CRA Super Series victories this season. He enters race No. 11 in the season-long chase for the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS Championship armed once again with one of the strongest race teams in the country. Baize knows that he has an excellent chance to pick up another victory this weekend.

Baize will continue the chase of the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS Championship on Sunday, September 13, 2015 with the running of the Bud St. Amant Memorial 125 at Columbus Motor Speedway (Ohio). He scored his first career JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour victory at the tricky (0.333) 1/3-mile speedway on Memorial Day Weekend last year.

For the remainder of the 2015 season Baize’s Van Doorn Racing Development Pro and Super Late Model race cars will carry sponsorship from Mountaineer All-Natural Firewood, B&K Wood Products, Federated Auto Parts, Bicycle Playing Cards, Kawasaki, Wood-Mizer, and Steel City Bolt.
