5.3 Rules update
All 5.3 engines will utilize a rev limit of 7600 when used/allowed at any track. All 5.3 will be sealed from said builder and will be built in accordance to the rules set forth by builder. A new set of complete 5.3 specs will be given to the ARCA Midwest Tour and dated and may not be changed until approved. Any seal at any time maybe broken for inspection. Any engine found to be not complaint may result in all sealed engines from said builder to not be allowed. No 5.3 engine will be allowed to run a 4bbl. carb and will use only a 4412/Holley as per tour rules. A weight will be assigned that may be higher or lower than home track rules for each event that a 5.3 is used as home track rules apply to engine package rules only.
