ARCA Midwest Tour to open season at Toledo Speedway

Official Entry Form Available Now

Officials from the ARCA Midwest Tour presented by SCAG Power Equipment and Lester Buildings have released the entry form for the “first ever” combination race between the ARCA Midwest Tour and the ARCA CRA Super Series. Both series, labeled as the leaders in super late model short track racing, will bring an extreme amount of talent together on opening day April 20th at Toledo Speedway.

Both series have agreed to combine on two occasions with the first event kicking off at Toledo and the following event taking place at Madison International Speedway in Oregon WI on August 11th.

The ECHO and ECHO Bearcat Touring Stars will share a $6000 travel bonus provided by Toledo Speedway along with their normal bonus program scheduled for 2013. Eligible Touring Stars and eligible Rookies must submit a contract by March 15th in order to be considered for all bonus programs in 2013. Open positions will be filled by total points beginning at Madison International Speedway’s opening date on May 5th.

“Steve and I have worked very hard with Glenn Lucket and RJ Scott to make sure we can successfully bring together both series without any major changes. This is a historic movement in short track racing by bringing the two series together and we look forward to what the future holds. Our relationship with ARCA is forming very nicely and we are proud to be a part of such a great event with such a fine organization,” said series President, Tim Olson.

Special provisions and weights for the event are posted on the entry form. All technical questions can be answered by contacting Tim Olson and Mike Lemke.
