Nashville, TN — Two of short track racing’s rising stars Penn Sauter and Ty Fredrickson are ready to make their mark in one of the sport’s most prestigious events, the 40th Running of the All American 400 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, November 7–9. Both drivers have proven themselves against top-tier competition in 2025 and now set their sights on one of the crown jewels of asphalt racing.
Penn Sauter, the third generation of one of the Midwest’s most accomplished racing families, continues to showcase maturity and poise beyond his years. The Wisconsin native has turned heads throughout the season, earning two top-10 finishes with the ASA Midwest Tour, along with three top-10s in the Alive for Five Series. His most impressive run came at Wisconsin International Raceway, where he scored a runner-up finish in the White Race, part of the prestigious Red, White and Blue State Championship Series. With his continued growth and pedigree for success, Sauter will look to carry that momentum into the All American 400 and continue building his family’s rich racing legacy.

Ty Fredrickson has quickly established himself as one of the brightest young talents in Super Late Model racing. The Minnesota driver is enjoying a breakout 2025 season, scoring two ASA Midwest Tour victories, winning the Wayne Carter Classic at Grundy County Speedway and the Thunderstruck 93 at Elko Speedway. The 2024 ASA Midwest Tour Rookie of the Year has shown remarkable consistency and confidence, going wheel-to-wheel with some of the best in the country. As he heads to Nashville, Fredrickson will look to cap off his impressive year with a strong run against a stacked All American 400 field.
The All American 400 weekend will include a full lineup of racing and fan entertainment. The action kicks off Thursday night, November 6, with the El Bandido Yankee Tequila Championship Kickoff Party at Kid Rock’s Big Honky Tonk & Rock ’n’ Roll Steakhouse in downtown Nashville. On-track activity begins Friday with practice for the Super Late Models and Pro Late Models and local division races. Saturday features CorvetteParts.Net Pole Qualifying, Pro Late Model 100, CRA Street Stocks and Vore’s Compact Touring Series. Sunday we close the curtain on the 2025 season with the 40th running of the All American 400.
