Wilson Motorsports Rookie George Phillips to Make Glass City 200 Debut at Toledo Speedway

Toledo, OH – North Carolina’s George Phillips, will make his Glass City 200 debut in the 37th running of the event on Saturday, September 13 at Toledo Speedway. The prestigious 200-lap race is part of the ASA STARS National Tour and is race 10 of 12 on the 2025 season calendar.

Phillips, a standout rookie with Wilson Motorsports, has quickly made a name for himself in 2025 with impressive runs across the ASA STARS National Tour schedule. The North Carolina native has shown maturity behind the wheel as he’s a former Champion of the Carolina Pro Late Model Series winning at tracks like Coastal Plains Motorsports Park, Carteret County Speedway, Franklin County Speedway, Hickory Motor Speedway, Anderson Motor Speedway and Orange County Speedway. The Glass City 200 will be his first start in the historic event, providing another opportunity to test himself against some of the nation’s best.

Practice will get underway at Noon with the ASA STARS National Tour while CorvetteParts.Net Pole Qualifying is slated for 3:00 PM. Following Qualifying the Factory Stocks and Late Model Sportsman will run their features. At 4:30 PM we’ll have an on track autograph session with the field for the 37th CorvetteParts.Net Glass City 200 until 5:00 PM with the 200 lapper set to begin at 5:30 PM.
