Wilson Motorsports has announced plans to expand its presence in the ASA STARS National Tour Platinum Program for the 2026 season by entering two additional cars, further solidifying the organization’s commitment to competing at the highest level of Super Late Model racing.
One of the newly added Platinum entries will be driven by George Phillips for a majority of the 2026 schedule. Phillips is a former Carolina Pro Late Model Series Champion and made his Rookie campaign in the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour last season. Phillips will share the ride in 2026 at select events with drivers to be announced at a later date.

The third Wilson Motorsports Platinum entry will feature a driver to be announced, with plans in place to finalize the lineup as preparations for the 2026 season continue.
The Platinum Program is designed to reward teams that commit to competing on a full-time basis throughout the ASA STARS National Tour season, providing additional incentives and benefits while strengthening the overall championship structure. Wilson Motorsports commitment adds two more full time cars to the Platinum Program roster.
