(WINCHESTER, INDIANA) – A year ago Ty Majeski finished second in the Winchester 400 and knew he had missed an opportunity to claim the historic crown jewel event.
In 2025 he wanted to make sure he was in the best position to finish the job and add the ASA STARS Tour Super Late Model event to his trophy case. Majeski helped his 2025 cause by winning the pole for Sunday’s Winchester 400 Presented by Vores Welding and Steel.
Billy VanMeter was the second fastest qualifier and looks to be a contender as winners have come from the front row in 16 previous runnings of the race.
The rest of the top five include: Gavan Boschele, Toledo winner Dawson Sutton and ASA STARS Tour point leader and defending Winchester 400 winner Cole Butcher will start fifth.
The 54th Annual Winchester 400 Presented by Vores Welding and Steel will take place tomorrow at 1pm on the Winchester high banks.
