New Smyrna Beach, Fla. – Officials from New Smyrna Speedway and the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour have announced that SIG Sauer Academy will serve as the title sponsor of the 27th Clyde Hart Memorial, scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, at the historic half-mile facility.
The Clyde Hart Memorial honors the legacy of Clyde Hart, the founding father of New Smyrna Speedway, and has become one of the cornerstone events of the Florida short track season. Each year, the event attracts top Super Late Model competitors from across the country to compete at one of short track racing’s most iconic venues.
In addition to serving as title sponsor, SIG Sauer Academy will also present the SIG Sauer Sharpshooter Move of the Night $1,000 bonus, recognizing the driver who makes the most impressive on-track pass during the event.
SIG Sauer Academy, a nationally recognized leader in firearms training, safety, and education, aligns its brand with a race that celebrates tradition, excellence, and longevity in motorsports. Their involvement helps elevate the prestige of the Clyde Hart Memorial as preparations continue for the 27th running.
