(New Smyrna Beach, FL) – Portage, IN native Paul Shafer Jr. is entered for the 26th Annual Clyde Hart Memorial coming up this Tuesday February 11th at New Smyrna Speedway.
Shafer has found success in the ASA Midwest Tour. He’s a four time winner in ASA Midwest Tour competition. He’s a two time winner of the Wayne Carter Classic at Grundy County Speedway. He also won the Gandrud Auto Group 250 at Wisconsin International Raceway and the Salute the Troops 100 at Jefferson Speedway. Shafer is also a former winner of the Howie Lettow Classic winning when the event was under the Madison International Speedway Triple Crown banner.

ASA STARS National Tour
Founded by Track Enterprises President Bob Sargent, The ASA STARS National Tour for pavement Super Late Model stock cars debuted in March 2023.
The ASA STARS National Tour is a twelve-race championship series, offering a $100,000 point fund. The tour will visit 12 different race tracks in 8 states in 2025, with the season beginning in February during Florida Speedweeks and concluding in early November at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.
