(Pensacola Beach, FL) – Defending Snowball Derby winner Kaden Honeycutt is among the strong list of early entries for the Sunshine State 200 at Five Flags Speedway on Sunday March 23rd.
The 2024 season was a very successful season for Honeycutt. He won the CARS Tour Pro Late Model Championship and picked up 3 wins and 1 pole. Honeycutt also made 14 starts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for Niece Motorsports and had 2 4th place finishes at both Kansas Speedway races. Now in 2025 Honeycutt has run the first 2 Truck Series events and just picked up a 6th place finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
The Sunday, March 23rd matinee will conclude the weekend as the top Super Late Model drivers in the country will square off in the ASA STARS National Tour Sunshine State 200. The event is a combination race with the ASA Southern Super Series and the track’s Blizzard Series. Qualifying will be at 12:00 pm CT, autograph session at 12:45 pm CT, and racing at 2:00 pm CT.
Last year’s opening weekend saw great racing for all three days and fans can catch the whole weekend this year for a special price of just $60 for a three-day ticket. Single day tickets are also available for reserved and general admission seating.
