(Toledo, OH) – Gio Ruggiero and Gavan Boschele are both entered for the 36th CorvetteParts.Net Glass City 200 on Saturday September 14th. Ruggiero looks to stay in the top 3 of the 2024 Point Standings while Boschele continues to fill in for Cole Butcher.
Boschele filled in for Butcher at Owosso Speedway and had a strong 3rd place podium finish. However, that wasn’t his first start with the ASA STARS National Tour. Boschele made his debut earlier in the season at Hickory Motor Speedway in the Tar Heel 250 driving for Rackley WAR in a team car to Dawson Sutton. Most recently he ran the World Stock Car Festival Twin 50’s and finished 2nd in the first race and 3rd in the second race.
After having to skip Owosso due to an ARCA race at Milwaukee, Ruggiero looks to get back in the Top 5 in the Point Standings. He’s finished in the Top 10 in all but two races so far. Over Labor Day Weekend he swept the World Stock Car Festival Twin 50’s. Ruggiero is also a full time competitor in the ARCA East Series where he picked up a win back in March at Five Flags Speedway.
