(Cordele, GA) On a cold windy day at Watermelon Capital Speedway at Crisp Motorsport Park (GA), Casey Roderick proved to be the fastest man in his former home state of Georgia.

Roderick set fast time and captured the ASA Southern Super Series Pole Award presented by Progressive Race Engines, Robbie White Engines, McGunegill Engine Performance, and PME Engines. The award is worth $500 as Roderick won his sixth career pole with the series.

It marks the 13th straight race in which the series had a different pole winner.

Fellow car number 26 and Georgia driver Bubba Pollard was second with Jett Noland, Dawson Sutton, and Matt Craig rounding out the top five.

The redraw among the top eight will put Dawson Sutton and Jake Finch on the front row.

In the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour time trials, Hudson Bulger set fast time with a lap of 15.965 to claim the Luke Yoder Construction $400 Fast Time Bonus in Saturday night’s qualifying day for the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour presented by Chevrolet Performance as part of the Protect Your Melon – Buckle Up SpeedFest 2024.

Behind Bulger was Michael Hinde, Bubba Pollard, last year’s JEGS pole sitter Josh Hicks, and Ross Chastain completing the top five. The top eight cars re-draw for starting positions and Augie Grill drew the pole position.
