(Pensacola, FL) – Dustin Smith is entered for the Sunshine State 200 presented by Appalachian Sucker Punch at Five Flags Speedway this Sunday March 23rd.
Smith who normally drives the number 33 machine will be behind the wheel of the Grand American Race Cars 112. On top of all that, Smith is coming off of an impressive 4th place finish at the Rattler 250. Last season with the ASA Southern Super Series Smith had 5 Top 10’s and a 2nd place finish at Montgomery Motor Speedway in the Rumble by the River 125.
The Sunday, March 23rd matinee will conclude the weekend as the top Super Late Model drivers in the country will square off in the ASA STARS National Tour Sunshine State 200. The event is a combination race with the ASA Southern Super Series and the track’s Blizzard Series. Qualifying will be at 12:00 pm CT, autograph session at 12:45 pm CT, and racing at 2:00 pm CT.
Last year’s opening weekend saw great racing for all three days and fans can catch the whole weekend this year for a special price of just $60 for a three-day ticket. Single day tickets are also available for reserved and general admission seating.
