Derek Kraus Joins Stacked Sunshine State 200 Field

(Pensacola, FL) – The entry list for the 2026 Sunshine State 200 presented by Appalachian Sucker Punch continues to take shape as Derek Kraus has officially committed to compete in the prestigious 200-lap event at Five Flags Speedway.

Derek Kraus adds even more credibility to his Sunshine State 200 effort following a strong 2025 season that included a victory in the Food Country USA 300 at Newport Speedway. Kraus is also a former winner on the ASA Midwest Tour, a Midwest Truck Series Champion, and an ARCA Menards Series West Champion.

The Sunshine State 200 at Five Flags Speedway Race weekend begins Friday, March 13th with ASA STARS National Tour practice, followed by a full night of local racing featuring the Outlaws, Crown Stocks, and the Legacy Series. Saturday’s action shifts to an afternoon program, highlighted by Hamke Pole Qualifying at 11:00 AM, which will set the starting lineup for the 200-lap feature. The green flag for the Sunshine State 200 is scheduled for 1:05 PM. Fans unable to attend in person can watch both days of racing live on Track TV.
