Derek Kraus Enters Father’s Day Weekend Doubleheader

NASCAR Cup Series part time driver Derek Kraus is entered for the ASA STARS National Tour Doubleheader Weekend on Friday June 14 and Sunday June 16th. Kraus is always a fan favorite in his home state any time he unloads from the hauler.

The former Bandolero hot shot at the State Park Speedway then moved his way up the ranks into the Midwest Truck Series where he was the Champion in 2015. He then went on to be the youngest winner in Midwest Tour history when he won at Dells Raceway Park in 2016. He then moved up the ranks and became an ARCA West Series Champion in 2019.

The young Stratford, WI driver has 6 starts with the ASA STARS National Tour. Last season he finished 3rd in the Dixieland 250. This season he has run 2 out of the 3 races thus far finishing 12th at New Smyrna Speedway and 8th at Hickory Motor Speedway. Kraus looks to have a strong run back in his home state on Father’s Day weekend.
