Toledo, OH – Officials with Toledo Speedway and the Turn One CRA Pro Series Presented by Chevrolet Performance have announced that the House of Meats 100 originally scheduled for Saturday, April 18 has been postponed due to forecasted Severe Thunderstorms on Saturday and cold temperatures combined with high winds on Sunday in the Toledo area. The greater Toledo, Ohio area has been riddled with Severe Thunderstorm and Tornado Watches and Warnings this week, and the best interest of the safety of fans, teams, and officials is the highest priority.
The event will now be conducted on Sunday, August 9, alongside the 350 Outlaw Super Modifieds. The weekend now creates a double header for the Super Modifieds, with a race on Saturday night at Flat Rock Speedway and now Sunday’s event at Toledo Speedway.
The season opener for the Turn One CRA Pro Series Presented by Chevrolet Performance is now slated for Saturday, May 16 at Owosso Speedway for the Big O Classic 100. Advanced tickets are available at OwossoSpeedway.com.
