(NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE) – Just a year ago, Dawson Sutton (Lebanon, TN) led a majority of the ASA STARS National Tour All American 400 at Nashville Fairground Speedway before finishing third. Sutton returned to Nashville in 2025, looking to finish the job, and started his journey by winning the CorvetteParts.Net Pole Award for Sunday’s 40th running of the All American 400.
Sutton ran a lap of 18.182, which was faster than the pole award time from 2024 set by Casey Roderick. ASA STARS National Tour point leader Cole Butcher will start from the outside of the front row and will officially be crowned the champion at the conclusion of the race tomorrow.
The rest of the top five include: Fellow Tennessee driver Dylan Fetcho, Stephen Nasse, who posted his best qualifying run of the season, and All American 400 rookie Carson Brown.
Defending All American 400 winner Jake Garcia withdrew from the event after a hard crash on Friday wrecked their primary car.
The 40th Annual All American 400 will commence on Sunday, November 8th to conclude the 2025 ASA STARS National Campaign. Race time is set for 1pm CT.
