Rising star Levon Van Der Geest is set to run full-time in 2025 with the ASA Midwest Tour. After a strong showing in 2024, where he finished second in the championship standings, Van Der Geest is poised to contend for the title in the upcoming season.
Van Der Geest, a finalist in the 2024 Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP), demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the 2024 ASA Midwest Tour season. He ran all 10 events and had 9 Top 10’s and 3 Top 5’s including a 2nd place finish at Jefferson in the Salute the Troops 100 and a 2nd place finish in the Thunderstruck! at Elko Speedway. Other notable accolades for Van Der Geest include the 2019 season when he ran with the Midwest Truck Series. He won 5 races in 11 starts and was crowned the 2019 Series Champion.
The 2025 ASA Midwest Tour features a dynamic schedule across five states, commencing with the Joe Shear Classic 200 on May 4th at Madison International Speedway in Oregon, Wisconsin. Other stops include Jefferson Speedway, Norway Speedway, Hawkeye Downs Speedway, Madison International Speedway, Wisconsin International Raceway, Grundy County Speedway, Dells Raceway Park, Elko Speedway and will once again finish the season at La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway as a part of the 56th Annual Oktoberfest Race Weekend.
