Gleason, WI native Justin Mondiek is entered and ready to go for the Joe Shear Classic presented by Toyota on Sunday May 4th. Mondiek is among the stout list of competitors already entered for the $15,000 to win event.
Mondiek is coming on strong to 2025 after a successful 2024 season. In ASA Midwest Tour competition he finished 3rd in the Point Standings and picked up two wins, winning the Larry Detjens Memorial at State Park Speedway and the Thunderstruck! at Elko Speedway.
Outside of the ASA Midwest Tour Mondiek is a 3 time winner of the Stateline Challenge at Norway Speedway winning in 2022, 2021 and 2020. He’s also a two time Champion at Golden Sands Speedway in the Super Late Models.
Spectator gates open at 10:30am on Sunday, practice for the Midwest Tour and Midwest Trucks gets underway at 11:30am with qualifying at 12:45pm and the first race at 2pm.
