by Kari Shear-Carlson / June 6, 2016 – The ARCA Midwest Tour presented by Scag Power Equipment is returning to Rockford Speedway for the Kar Korner All-Star 100 on Saturday, June 11th. In 2015, Ty Majeski and Trent Snyder fought to the finish. In the end Ty Majeski added his name to the historic list of winners.
The entry list continues to grow with Majeski and Snyder both looking to become two-time winners of the event. They will have to hold off the challenges of the Stars and Cars of the ARCA Midwest Tour like, Chris Weinkuaf, Jonathan Eilen, Nick Panitzke, Matt Kocourek, Natalie Decker, Ricky Baker, Austin Nason and many more!
ARCA Midwest Tour Rookie of the Year contender, Derek Kraus, who found victory lane at Rockford Speedway in the Midwest Truck Series, along with last year’s National Short Track Champion, Jon Reynolds, Jr, will also be ones to watch as they battle for 100 laps around one of the most competitive tracks in the Midwest. Fans will also see the likes of Casey Johnson, Steve Rubeck, Paul Shafer Jr, and other area drivers set their sights on the checkered flag this Saturday night!
Gates open at 5:00pm and qualifying begins at 5:55pm with the first green flag to wave at 7:07pm. The ARCA Midwest Tour will be joined by the NASCAR Late Models and the RoadRunners. See you at the races!
