Dec 23, 2014-The ARCA Midwest Tour is excited to announce the 2015 series schedule. The 2015 season will be one of the best seasons yet, returning to some of the best tracks in the Midwest and highlighted by historic events.
The Stars of the ARCA Midwest Tour will kick off the 2015 season with the 7th Annual Joe Shear Classic at Madison International Speedway on Sunday, May 3rd. The series will return to tracks such as State Park Speedway, Illiana Motor Speedway and Dells Raceway Park, including a return to Rockford Speedway on Saturday, June 27th. After a few weeks off, they will return to Illinois for a 100 lap event at Grundy County Speedway.
One of the most highlighted events in Midwest Stock Car racing history will return Tuesday, August 4th. The ARCA Midwest Tour is proud to bring back the historic Dixieland 250 at Wisconsin International Raceway. This will be one event fans will not want to miss.
Norway Speedway, Hawkeye Downs Speedway, and Elko Speedway will also return to the circuit and the season will close out 2015 with the famed 46th Annual Oktoberfest on October 10th and 11th.
“I am looking forward to the traditional events on the schedule as well as establishing new traditions in Midwest Super Late Model racing,” said Tour President Gregg McKarns. “Further details for each event will be released in the coming weeks. We felt it was important to get the dates and locations of each of these shows out so our fans and teams could plan for an exciting 2015.”
