Kaukauna, WI- ‘Wisconsin’s Richest One Day Race’ continues to grow in strength as over 35 drivers from ten states and Canada have entered this Tuesday night’s Gandrud Auto Group 250 ARCA Midwest Tour special event at Wisconsin International Raceway. The addition of Lap Sponsorship money could raise the winnings for Tuesday night August 4 by at least $5,000. Additionally, Hoosier Tire North has increased the Last Chance Race payout by $1,000 with the first non-transfer now winning $750 for their efforts.
A 28 car field is scheduled to start the 250 lap event which pays $10,000 to the winner and $1,200 to start. The Hoosier North bonuses now increase the last chance pay to $750, $700, $650 and $650 to the first four non-transfers with $400 being paid to the remaining non-transfers. The Midwest Truck Series will join the ARCA Midwest Tour with the trucks contesting a 35 lap feature event.
Advance discount tickets for the Gandrud Auto Group 250 are $20 and can be purchased online at www.midwesttour.racing through August 3. Tickets will also be available on race day at the gate for $25. Spectator gates open at 4pm, qualifying will begin at 5pm with the first race at 7pm during the Tuesday Night August 4 Special Event at Wisconsin International Raceway. The Midwest Truck Series will join the ARCA Midwest Tour with the trucks contesting a 35 lap feature event.
