Carson Hocevar Set to Return to ASAMT’s Gandrud Auto Group 250

Kaukauna, WI – NASCAR Cup Series driver Carson Hocevar has announced that he will be coming back to Wisconsin International Raceway near Kaukauna, Wisconsin, to compete in the ASA Midwest Tour’s Gandrud Auto Group 250 on Tuesday, August 5th.

This will be the fourth start in the Midwest Tour for the Portage, Michigan, driver. His last series appearance came in 2023 when he finished sixth at the Milwaukee Mile. This will be his second start in the Gandrud Auto Group 250 event. He previously competed in this event in 2022 and finished 30th.

The driver of the #77 for Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series got his start behind the wheel at the age of 13, competing and winning at Berlin Raceway.

He found success on the short track level by winning the Redbud 400 at Anderson Speedway and the Winchester 400 in 2020.

Hocevar moved up to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2019, where he picked up five victories until moving up to his full-time ride in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2023.

So far, Hocevar has three top-fives and 10 top-ten finishes in the Cup Series.
